Stand with Diaspora: Extend Sanctions for Sudan

DC protest 1There is a petition on “We the People” with over 30,000 signatures asking for the lifting of the US sanctions against Sudan. Sudanese diaspora believe that the Government of Sudan is behind the campaign and want to fight back. They created their own counter-petition and we must hep amplify their voices.

Obama already extended the sanctions for another year, but it ends Nov 2, 2016.

We need 150 signatures for the petition to go public; we need 100,000 signatures by March 2nd for the White House staff to review it for an official response. We can do it.
